Refund Policy

Last updated: September 2026

Because the artwork and custom-fabricated pieces offered by Zoe Antona are original, limited, made-to-order, or created specifically for an individual client or project, all sales are generally final, except as required by applicable law or as otherwise agreed in writing.

ORIGINAL ARTWORK

All sales of original artwork are final unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to purchase.

Please review artwork descriptions, dimensions, photographs, pricing, and other information carefully before completing your purchase.

If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us through the Contact page on this website as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Please retain the artwork and all original packaging and provide photographs of the artwork, packaging, shipping label, and damage so that we can evaluate the issue and, where applicable, pursue a claim with the shipping carrier.

CUSTOM FABRICATION & COMMISSIONED WORK

Custom fabrication and commissioned work is created specifically for an individual client, location, or project and is therefore generally non-returnable and non-refundable once fabrication has begun.

Project deposits are applied toward the total agreed project price. Once materials have been purchased, fabrication has begun, or project-specific expenses have been incurred, some or all of the deposit may become non-refundable.

If a client requests cancellation before fabrication begins, any potential refund will be determined based on work already completed and costs already incurred.

Any cancellation or refund terms contained in a separate written proposal, agreement, estimate, or scope of work will take precedence for that specific project.

PROJECT CHANGES

Changes requested after a project has been approved are not considered grounds for a refund.

Changes to an approved design, dimensions, materials, finish, quantity, delivery requirements, or other project specifications may result in additional charges and/or changes to the project timeline.

Significant additional costs will be communicated to the client before the additional work is performed whenever reasonably practicable.

HANDMADE VARIATIONS

Original artwork and custom-fabricated pieces are created by hand. Minor variations in color, texture, dimensions, surface, finish, or other characteristics may occur.

Reasonable variations from photographs, samples, drawings, renderings, prototypes, or digital representations are part of the handmade fabrication process and are not considered defects.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us through the Contact page on this website as soon as reasonably possible.

Do not discard the item or its packaging while the claim is being evaluated. Photographs and other documentation may be required to pursue a shipping claim.

Damage caused after successful delivery, including damage resulting from improper handling, storage, installation, modification, or use, is not eligible for a refund.

INCORRECT OR UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, submitted a duplicate payment, or did not authorize a transaction, please contact us promptly through the Contact page on this website so the transaction can be reviewed.

REFUNDS WHEN APPROVED

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
